About Cory

I am an undergraduate geology student and research assistant at the University of Texas at Austin in the Jackson School of Geosciences. I contribute to research as a member of David Mohrig’s research group. My research is focused on martian stratigraphy and surface processes as they relate to the paleo-climate on Mars. I am passionately curious about what the rocks on other planets, as well as our own, can tell us about the deep history of our solar system.

When I am not doing school work or working on my research I can usually be found at the hockey rink (playing, coaching, or reffing), watching the Calgary Flames win, or playing Kerbal Space Program.
